My two cents. This game is not just for pro players and a couple of modders who are devoted to realising their idea of a 'balanced' game. I say that we should as a community get a say in what gets changed. It's probably end up being similar to what smith and miragefla are doing but that doesn't make it inconsequential. The fact that the whole community decides what kind of game they want in the future is what's more important. Instead I see a lot of the big boys on here creating changes and instead of taking on board grievances and opinions defend their changes with a 'holier than thou' attitude. I agree on what a lot of mariosilver is saying as well. So yeah, if you're going to go through all the effort of creating the mods, maybe think of showing us how they improve the game, instead of expecting us to find the justifications for the changes for you. |
feuersturm doctrine is a really good one imo, because the flamethrowers allow you to deal with garrison heavy maps which OKW struggle on, as well as deal with brit gimplacements. It's not the be-all end all, it has problems, but it's useful and fun (especially the swagpanzer hetzer, although not very vialble). Elite tanks (sturmtiger) doc is also good if you want your mediums to be able to deal with allied heavies (even the puma gets relatively good). Also sturmtiger OP. These are imo the two you should think about going for that are paid for, but some of the best commanders are the original trio. |
I don't see the problem, speaking for 1v1 it doesn't matter if they can just call in another one straight away, as they are sacrificing a lot of fuel and it means they will probably have only one heavy tank, where you are likely to have a variety of mediums. What is exactly wrong with being able to call in more than one?? It's not like they're god units that are super-hard to counter. |

Sounds like they need more of their power tied behind vet, so they don't murder everything early on. They could probably do with better survivability in the late game though. |
I remember this being a bug when the march 28th patch came out this year. Everyone was talking about how they removed some maps but lost their vetoes. IIRC the fix to it was simply restarting your game. If it persists I suggest opening a thread in the bug section, with screenshots like Imagelessbean stated.
