Flamer on mainline infantry has been OP every single time and was rightfully nerfed. Big NO! Molotovs are a nice to have ability, not great not terrible. Calliope is THE main feature of this commander for every game mode above 1v1 and even usefull there if you need arty to crack a position. Dunno why you want to remove it. USF has a stock forward base with major and ambu, whats the point of adding a doctrinal base? Im not sure what you mean with "make them able to direct fire/blindfire"? You can just attack ground... Wireing a choke point or two is currently either done or not, depending on the player... saving one or two seconds wont change anything. This would only promote campy play which is horrible (imo) I know Hans would disagree with this but i think wire is completly overrated. When youre capping anyway or have nothing else to do with your pios sure go for it but dont get out of your way to wire every bit of cover or potential flank. There are like one or two natural cover positions at most on each map thats worth your time, everything else is a waste of effort. youre better off capping, fighting or scouting with your pios most of the time In: COH2 Balance

I very much disagree, Blitzkrieg was never the most dominant commander at any time but probably always has been the (or tied with others) second best commander. In ML5 it was the second most banned commander with 50% vetos for the very same reason you stated. I would not say that panzer tactician is the best ability tho, it is always a very nice ability to have but not really a reason to pick a commander The main selling point is the command p4 and ju87 but the strenght of specially this commander is that it has probably THE best combination of support abilities in the entire game that are all situational but very usefull if you need them. Recon, tac movement and tac smoke are (usually) all abilities that would not lead to a commander pick but you can always find situations where just the availability is the edge you need in a close game. You can make a argument that this comander is never a bad pick, maybe not THE best for any stand-alone match but always a solid choice In: Ostheer Strategies
