Then again I kinda feel like if these two abilities are nerfed why even bother going for this doctrine? Command Panther and IR Stgs are mediocre. I don't see the doctrine used much outside 1v1 as it is and nerfing it further will make it even less used unless there is something added that keeps its power at the same level it currently is. I don't see anyone use Shocks much in 1v1 Shocks, ISU, KV2, T34/85, AT overwatch, IL2 AT strafe, etc. Shocks especially are a bit too strong overall IMO. The problem with Soviet doctrines is also how stacked they are. Why do the ISU doctrines have so much strong stuff in them like Shocks, Guards, Mark Target, Il2. Just too much for one single doctrine. Or Urban Defence with Forward HQ, Shocks, Mini-AT, KV2 and booby traps. In: COH2 Balance

I actually agree with this. It's mostly the strong doctrinal units and abilities that are the real issue with the Soviets and their late-game. Slightly toning down the meta doctrines would be a good step. Then the core Soviet units could be buffed a bit to compensate. In: COH2 Balance

I bless the games with fellow EU/US players. Delay in those games is 0.5-1.5s (avg 1s) There is something wrong on your end. I never have any input lag just because I play with someone from far another continent. It's always the same. The times I had input lag (a few months ago) it was constant and didn't matter if I played against someone from EU/Asia/America. In: COH2 Gameplay

Doesn't make much sense and if the balance team really wanted to nerf Conscripts in the late game they should buff their early game as compensation. In: COH2 Balance
