I think rotation does count as movement for anything without a turret. I haven't tried a spotting scope on a Stug in awhile so I can't say for certain. Rotation does count as movement yes and applies the moving accuracy debuff accordingly. However the JT and elephant (and maybe the ISU) cannot fire while moving/rotating, so if it is firing with the moving accuracy debuff it is a bug instead of intended. In: COH2 Balance

I don't really care about the Major, I think he's fine, just sick of these constant buffs to OKW like it needs to be babied. When you release busted AF (to sell DLC) you receive nerfs for awhile. As far as the officer goes, I assume this is based off tightrope's test video where the units loses hilariously to penals pre vet 5. And yeah it looks kinda bad. I always thought the ober models actually had ober RA value and just the officer model was going to 0.91 RA. I think the unit could be a bit stronger since it is limited to 1, arty field officer is pretty decent and has great utility as well. That's a good benchmark IMO. In: COH2 Balance

This happened in a game, where both teams had one fuel point, and the T34/85 drove over half our team, since a strong +medium tank doesn't normally come out at that time. Should be. Lend lease air drop and fuel caches can both speed up the arrival time of armor. It's strong for 13 minutes, but when last patch dropped people were getting 15 minute tigers. So a 13 minute 34/85 isn't too far fetched. In: COH2 Balance
