Yeah con PTRS may not be the best doctrine in the world because it lacks heavy AI power of other docs, but that kinda just makes the doc shit. Cons with ppsh41 already very fearsome with oorah and veterancy. They're just not the new shock troops which can tackle most if not all axis infantry. In: COH2 Balance

The balance team and relic are the ones who fix ingame bugs. They try and fix those things with balance patches and typically a few hotfixes and map patches inbetween. I suspect the thorough scavenge bug will be fixed next patch. In: COH2 Bugs
