I'd try many settings, and only one option can't be on ultra- Shader Quality (max High). With this settings OBS finally runs fine. I had also issue, with mouse cursor, which didn't show in stream of the game, and helps me newer (testing) version of OBS (v. 0.48.003b). Hope it will be usefull. Sry for my english.
