It's where it is to avoid buffing heavy tank stalling. Once they get tied to tech next patch, I think 7 Man Conscripts can go to T3. In: COH2 Balance

You'll always have units arriving too early or too late. I recall someone confirming it's possible to put both a CP requirement and a tech requirement on a call-in. They've all been made CP0 because that's the done thing. In: COH2 Balance

CoH 2's portraits have very consistent proportions: they're designed to be stacked up against each other in commander bars. The new icons don't follow these strict proportions, so they look out of place. If you convert them to follow these rules, then suddenly they look more like they belong. They're still clearly by a different artist, but they look much more like they're part of the set. In: Lobby

Like I suggested before give stugs some armor piercing rounds with some muni cost. Maybe add sone vet ability to slightly increase its sight/range. The M10 tank destroyer has a timed ability that increases its penetration to, iirc, slightly better than a base Jackson. It's worth mentioning the M10's base penetration is a fair bit lower than the StuG's though. In: COH2 Balance

USF has tools to clear buildings without the mortar. The Pack Howie is T2.5. It didn't become more accessible due to the tech changes. All the other factions have easy access to a fast garrison clearer. UKF has the Wasp and their flares level buildings. SOV and OST have nondoc flamers and can build a mortar building from the start of the game. OKW has flame nades specifically for this reason. In: COH2 Balance

If a unit overperforms at a high level, but underperforms at a low level, that kind of change helps address both. My (again, off topic) point is that theres more than just "does this unit overperform/underperform." There's "how does this unit perform at each skill level," and there are ways to selectively adjust its performance at certain parts of the spectrum. I think most people just see a number change and think of it as a blanket nerf to all levels when theres usually more nuance to it than that. While I understand the thinking, slightly raising the Panther's rear armour isn't going to change much balancewise. It'll add low probability bounces which are frustrating when they happen but make barely any difference to actual durability. It's like abandons: they're so rare they don't make a difference in the majority of games, but it's not a good experience being on the receiving end when they do. In: COH2 Balance
