Thread: Armor Piercing rounds on Jackson should be free2 Sep 2017, 21:56 PM Unlike the ATG version that you should use almost always for assured penetration, the Jackson HVAP should only be used pre-emptively when you see Heavy Armor coming and you won't switch targets, as HVAP bugs out and increases aim time tremendously. Hand-Held AT are unable to produce Death Criticals in the live version, meaning for example that say, if say a Luchs wanders into the arc of fire of a M1 57MM ATG and gets shot twice and then gets hit by a bazooka, meaning it has no 80 HP, the exact damage of a Bazooka, it will survive instead of being destroyed. I've had Stuarts survive a Panzershreck that should have killed them in similar manner, often needing to over kill the vehicle with additional shots, very annoying bug. In: COH2 Gameplay

Maybe if the enemy Tank is completely left on it's lonesome and eats a snare, Jakcsons low HP and HVAP bug makes them very bad at chasing to actually destroy tanks, they can scare them away up until Elefant/Jagdtiger hits the field and counters them. Which was what they were gonna change in the new patch, to give USF some solid TD to help them in the lategame, they kinda need that now that OKW can stand to them early game and have much better lategame.
