Thread: Error loading replay13 Sep 2015, 16:50 PM Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try anything. Another issue I'm experiencing is that COH2/Steam forgets that I own Brits on any tiny little update. For example, after our OCF in-game banner went live on Friday night, the first time I logged into COH2, it had a little yellow arrow saying I needed to download Brits. Sure enough I went to my Steam Library COH2 DLC and somehow Brits was unchecked. This has happened to me 2 or 3 times. In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: If you had to play Best-of-1, which map?13 Sep 2015, 15:19 PM Perhaps I need to clarify what I mean by time constraints. We now have 260 players signed up with 5 more days to register. Here is an example of how it could go down on tourney day. Say we get another 100 sign-ups. That's 360 players signed-up. Say only 60% of them show up and check-in on tourney day. That's 216 players that will go into the brackets. This means we will have a Best-of-1 Round-of-256, but only 176 players will play in that round. 88 players will advance to join the other 40 players who have been sitting on their hands for an hour. The next four rounds will be Best-of-3 with no mirrors allowed, which will probably require 6 more hours to play in a best-case scenario. There is absolutely no way that I am going to make those 40 players wait longer for the lowest-seeded, least-experienced players to find their way through a Best-of-3 in the Round-of-256. Doing so would delay the entire tournament by about 2 hours, pushing it later into the night for Russians and Eastern Europeans, frustrating the seeded players by making them wait around, and requiring more time and commitment from volunteer Referees.
