It forces axis to invest heavily and takes a long time to take down. When its finally down, rebuilding it takes less than a minute. My suggestion to nerfing bofors is increasing the build time drastically and not allowing the brits the cancel the build. If the build gets caught off guard, it should be punished. Its not the bofors that is really strong by itself, but the bofors with either slow healing doctrine (through brace also!) or just much tougher, rep tent and up earlier (advanced emplacements). Also I'm fairly sure the bofors suppression barrage cannot hit properly placed mortars? Would have to double check though. In: COH2 Balance

Its armor is vastly outclassed, and you want OKW infantry to be better too just because some are classed as "elite"? Well then now US has shitty end game armour and also infantry who are going to die... Lets not pretend making rangers or paratroopers (both doc dependent) is an answer...all OKW elite inf is long range and rangers are up close= worse in most cases. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Advanced Emplacements help13 Mar 2016, 12:47 PM Well that is what counter-barrage is for...so goddamn strong on maps small enough for it to hit the opponents mortars but totally useless on maps where it is out of range. Mortar pits right behind bofors to shoot back at them, forward headquarters tents for repairs and to give garrison bonus for faster mortar pit shooting+bofors volley fire ability. So yeah its very map dependent, but the game is horrendously badly balanced for 3v3s and 4v4s anyway... In: UKF Strategies
Thread: New Axis Faction4 Mar 2016, 15:10 PM That command tiger would be utterly broken at 600/280...thats a game changing aura right from the get go on a tank that you can basically never take down if the opponent isn't really using it to fight. I would say at least 720/320. But even then that combo of health, reload and speed is insane right off the bat and applying to infantry also. For comparison command P4 gives only +20% health, and command P5 applies only to tanks until vet 5 (which is basically impossible to reach so who cares). In: COH2 Gameplay
