Thread: OKW or OST for a newbie ?17 Feb 2016, 17:26 PM HI, As a newbie I wonder which faction is better to start to progress, OST or OKW ? Which army is more offensive/defensive ? I do prefer a kind of game where you are to struggle hard in beginning/mid game and to finish strongly than a game where you get a lot of points and areas till mid game and where you collapse at the end. Thread: How to deal with OKW against british defensive positions ?17 Feb 2016, 10:29 AM Hi mates, I am quiet a newbie and encounter many different difficulties when trying online game. Most of my troubles come from me to be still too slow motion in my movements and decisions. But one of my major trouble is dealing with british defensive positions. I mainly play with OKW and once Brits build a mortar emplacement or a 17lber emplacement close to control points, no way for me to approach whatever direction I come from. As a OKW I usualy start the game rushing on fuel point and controling one or two control points, and very quickly British build mortar position in the area and destruct all defense I created around point (MG34, Racketenwerfer, Panzergrenadiers with Panzerschreck, even if well protected or inside buildings). From that moment, impossible for me to do anything, not even to approach point. Any advise from experienced guyes ? Thanks. In: OKW Strategies
Thread: Question from a newbie9 Feb 2016, 18:19 PM Hi, I experimented a few CoH2 games and saw also a few on youtube, where a game end up with a victory with none of the player reaching score 0 and none of the base destructed. In each case, I choosed option "Victory Point Control" and game stopped with victory with scores 200-150 for example. What is the mechanism ??? Many thanks. In: COH2 Gameplay
