Thread: Wehrmacht early game9 Dec 2015, 17:21 PM The MG42 is a curse and a blessing. Its a great lockdown tool, yes, but Grens can't really compete with Rifles and Tommies without it. Its usually pretty easy to predict where the first MG will be, so its just a matter of getting there first and turning their building against them. The faust comes early since it was intended to counter the M3. The only thing wrong with faust is having 40% more penetration over AT 'nades for the same cost (100 vs 140). The rifle-nade is fine. Like any other grenade, you just have to dodge it. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Resources sink for OKW trucks9 Dec 2015, 16:46 PM I'm not a big fan of nerfing the actual stats of the buildings, adding additional costs to them makes them a larger investment and therefore a larger risk is likely enough to balance them. Making them easier to dislodge or preventing the Flak HQ from doing its job and we'll likely just see them build in the base sector again. In: COH2 Balance

Katy was definitely too strong before, but its super crap now, the SU-85 needs to be re purposed to a sort of tank-sniper with high pen and lower RoF then it has now. The T34/85 needs a scatter buff, nothing else. Its way cheaper then the Panther and is a multirole, it shouldn't be able to take them head-on. In: COH2 Balance

Stuff like turret lock was perfectly fine on a vet 0 ability. the light vehicle snare was really the only odd one out. True. I'm just not a fan of putting the snare on the IS or Engies because of its strong synergy with double Piats, but the Brits definitely need a reliable snare somewhere. In: COH2 Balance
