The MG42 is a curse and a blessing. Its a great lockdown tool, yes, but Grens can't really compete with Rifles and Tommies without it. Its usually pretty easy to predict where the first MG will be, so its just a matter of getting there first and turning their building against them.
The faust comes early since it was intended to counter the M3. The only thing wrong with faust is having 40% more penetration over AT 'nades for the same cost (100 vs 140).
The rifle-nade is fine. Like any other grenade, you just have to dodge it.
