An IS2 needs to be flanked, as does a SU85. As for t34-76s and t34-85s, they will push and you just keep one or two penals close to snare anything you come up against.
They are only really useful as late game vet 3 units with a too powerful snare. Just keep one of them next to your tanks and nothing can come close to it. I have snared some Panthers that dared to flank this way.
Because we have to start somewhere, and the Comet is the most blatant case of under-pop unit out of all the ones I mentioned. It is also the only unit out of the list which we are allowed to touch at this point.
If we didn't start from the Comet, then everybody would complain "How come KT is 26 popcap and limited to 1, when the Comet is 16 popcap and spammable?".
The way the scope works, is we adjust units when they enter the scope, while making sure we aren't making them UP or OP (just try the Comet for yourself in the mod).
Think for yourself. For how long has Shock Troops, KV-1, etc been useless for? Exactly. We don't want to wait that long for the Comet to re-enter scope so as to make re-adjustments. We also don't want to make every single patch a Comet patch.
Once the nerf-fest ends, we will eventually be allowed to buff long-forgotten useless stuff; not before. Thus, we're making maximum usage of the flexiblity allowed to us by the scope.
even if im a soviet players, and yeah some nerf did hurt me, i support you at 100% to get a balanced game one day.
