What is your source of stats? Because you are wrong.

I agree with that reason, specially the side tech or package upgrade. Now normal grenade on volks + mp40 or STG44 its a lot of rush potential. Now flamenade denies that land even for volks.

If you delay too much stgs volks will end up loosing mid and lategame, or in other words useless after early game ends. As they are now, they win early and blob midgame, the latter being the main problem. Delaying too much sounds too harsh since obers take too much time to land the battlefield. The timed ability sounds good, that way they demand more micro and less oportunity to blob them.

It will need testing but VG should be able to trade off good at long range and use the explosive grenades to delay enemy rushes.

Once the VG are toned down one could start toning down or redesigning other OP units like Penal/Guards.

Having strong lethal units in the early game takes out too much out of infantry play that should be more about tactics and relative positioning. It also makes CQC units far less effective.

Currently reinforcement times (and cost) are all completely inconstant with some units following the reinforcement cost rule while other not. For instance pg reinforce to slow while Osttruppen too fast.

Suggestions:
Standardize reinforcement time across all the board(and cost probably with assault infantry have a discount) according to unit "type" from longer to sorter:

Support weapons (mg/mortars)
"Elite" infantry
mainline infantry
Support units

In addition currently JLI (and storm-troopers) have very little shock value for using infiltration since they come rifles.

Suggestion:
1) Allow all infiltration units to be build from base for normal cost and add a premium when these are called in to spawn from ambient building.

2) JLI could spawn with the G43 to allow them to counter sniper more effectively.

3) Add utility to JLI and Pathfinders by adding counter sniper ability. Unit has a hold fire ability that allow the unit to fire only vs sniper.

The units is extremely fast, has a small size, gets faster with veterancy to makes things even worse both properties can be further buff with warspeed. The Combination with "victor" the ability is simply bad.

Suggestions:
1) Redesigning the unit to be closer to real life valentine as a mini Churchill.

2) Revamp the veterancy bonuses.

3) Make the spotting and victor an upgrade similar to "command tank" and limit to 1 adding penalties if needed.

4) Replace the Croc in tactical commander so that the commanders has a good candidate as command tank.

Ostheer "Army reserves Doctrine" or "Valkyrie Doctrine".

Concept: army made of second line troops and night fighting troops.

1) CP 0 PzIV D available to be built from t3 at a similar cost of the T-34 or called in at CP 9 for higher cost. 2 fire modes direct and direct. Indirect mode similar to STUG-E , Direct fire mode normal shells with low penetration but 40 damage deflection damage.

2) CP 2 Volksstrumm 5-6 to men squad armed with K98 total DPS around that of grenadiers. Able to use 2 panzerfaust AT weapons (not snare, about bazooka level) these weapons can be put away similar to SP minesweeper. Can also lay shue mines. (Can be used to merge ?)

3) CP 2 PaK 36 158 weapon similar to soviet M-42 able to fire the
Stielgranate 41 (if possible) single shot for high penetration.

5)CP 3 Night fighting training.

251 can now be upgrade to Sdkfz 251/20 Half-track w/Infrared Searchligh. A timed ability that stop the rotation of the search light and works similar to "hammer Vehicle Tracking" for units being hit while under the searchlight's beam.

PGs can not upgrade their ST44 to vamp weapon gain 5% accuracy but do more damage to units in cover/garrison when "painted" by 251.

Panther can now upgrade to nightfinging gaining accuracy vs "painted" targets.
