Thread: Are Osttruppen OP or Underpowered ?5 Jan 2019, 15:12 PM Lmgs should not be available to 6 men sqauds. Panzerbusche on the other hand might actually work for the unit. Or an upgrade to "Ost-Bataillone" (?) for manpower with T4 that removed the cover mechanism. Could provide access to grenades, merge... In: COH2 Balance

Not really since the distance is within the equation that calculates scatter, that work only for weapon that use accuracy not for artillery weapons. Is it possible to replace the MG42 with that? And even if so the AT rifle mounted on it was a 20mm, not a 14mm one but nvm about that. Actually some 221 had their mg replaced by Panzerbüchsen 39 in the early stages of the war, probably as field modification. The Panzerbüchsen 41 was also used which was 2.8cm. In: COH2 Balance

Panzerbüchse as an AT weapon better fits the Ostruppen as it was obsolete. (it could become an upgrade for the 221) On the other Granatbüchse Modell 39 that fired riflegrendes could probably be used. It will still lose when it loses 5 models like the normal soviet mortar. It a solution similar to USF pak howitzer that has a 6 men crew. In: COH2 Balance
