If one manages to keep it on fuel point it will return 30 fuel in 4.3 minutes but it will still not return the 320 manpower or the pop bleed. In sort Opel and Zis truck are cheaper cost no fuel and have non pop. They are far more cost efficient. Most people who play the game know that delaying one's vehicles by 4+minutes can be devastating. Also note that building a .50 or atgun will delay atnade unlock. It .50 or M1 or atnade. That is simply false 221 5.4 frontal armor and dies to small arm fire. 221 also cost fuel and delay OKW tech. The unit is simply badly designed and its upgrade also. It try to do too many thing at the same time and thus is average (if not up) in all of them. In: COH2 Balance

In addition you see it a the roster units, the old Brummbar for example was always meant as a nondoctrinal way to kill multiple soldiers in one hit. PZIV is the generalis medium tank with highest OHK in the game, it would be stronger vs 4 man Grens than it is vs 6 man cons (more wipes). Some of this mechanisms got patched, some still remained somehow. Guards have 0.97 target size PG have 0.8. In: COH2 Balance

That was the original design. With new factions and changes to the EFA factions you have four man squads on allied side and sixth man squads on axis side (PFs with G43, Ostruppen...). Just one example for faction design that got violated in multiple ways since release of the game. Many of this violations are doctrinal, some are even nondoctrinal. That is a myth. It is not the weapons but the effective HP of infatry that is different. That is why conscripts start 1.09 target size and grenadier with 0.91 In: COH2 Balance
