The game is redesigned continuously while major issues that should be fixed remain untouched for years now. PTRS on Penal proved to be a bad designed (and Penals generally). It was advertised as counter to light vehicles and instead it become a counter to heavy tanks. (PPSH partisan could spawn as 3-4 entity squad being able to reinforce to 5 at base.) [Ass-grenadier are more expensive and Partisan where the only spawning infantry that did not pay a premium...] In: COH2 Balance

They should not be able to move cloaked (most infantry should be be able) (and the explosive grenade should be removed from smg partisan) Tank hunter conscripts also need a nerf. Even better if the PTRS/AT greandes went to Penals (OR PTRS was completely removed from penals) In: COH2 Balance

Thread: at partisan buff30 Dec 2017, 23:52 PM The have a mine, an AT grenade, a Penetrationbuff with veterancy, cloak and come out with AT weapon ready...They are far more cost efficient than AT stormtroopers... Can we stop creating OP AT infantry and then buff the rest to become even more OP like AT Penals (satchel), Tank Hunter Conscripts, AT Airborne... And all that just to shift meta... In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Redesigning OKW30 Dec 2017, 23:13 PM One approach for OKW would be to if truck had more upgrades. So they player get a choice: 1) Set them in base where they work as regular base structures. 2) Set them up forwardly but requiring upgrades in order to work as forward bases. One set them up allowing access to basic units and then decides the type of truck getting access to more units. One also gets the option to invest in their durability further via durability upgrades. (One can also give an upgrade for a timed ability that increase resources income so that they act as cashes) This way a player get more options and developer more tools to time units better. Half the issues of OKW are the timing of units and abilities. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Redesigning OKW30 Dec 2017, 15:23 PM Instead of redesigning the game every 2 Patches can we start to dealing with long lasting issues like: Vet abilities Vet bonuses XP values/vet up speed Pop values OP/UP commander abilities Commander design Weapon upgrades/weapon profiles And setting up a baseline and then balancing things according that baseline... (in addition the original design of all factions seems to have been lost along the way...) In: COH2 Gameplay

"natural hits" are not affect from weather the target is moving or it is stationary. "collisions hits" may be affected only if the vehicle can move out of the scatter area. (rather improbable). Work similar to current but get the "counter fire" ability similar to Ostheer mortar, but with extended range. So they are basically built as counter to enemy spamming indirect fire support weapons. Offensive support comes from base howitzer. One has to unlock the gun to offer at first smoke rounds and then unlock explosive rounds. In: COH2 Balance

Once they are set up one can upgrade to medic/repair/AA Once set heal can be purchased in base. Medic truck has 1 upgrade combining heal and FRP. (one should actually allow OKW to either be built as normal base building or invest heavily in forward bases with expensive upgrade providing armor/HP, even work a bit like cashes. That could give to the player to use the faction in its original design of aggressive play) In: COH2 Balance
