Thread: OST clubbing UKF like a baby seal5 Nov 2020, 17:38 PM I love the UKF but the artillery flare definitely needs a price increase (but maybe only with T2 to not utterly gimp the early game) as I just lob one every time an engagement starts to go against me. Then if the enemy tries to push they risk getting wiped (especially with anvil) for a good period of time. All for 45 muni. Never really gave it much thought until I played more axis recently and realised this is a misery to play against. On a side note, all artillery flares need to die in a ditch and be replaced with recon planes. In: COH2 Balance

I veto it as allies, in fact my vetoes are maxed out playing as allies. Hill 400 gets my vote as the worst map in the game. As axis 4v4 tends to be a more chilled experience so I rarely veto anything. Removing counterbattery from the Lefh would be a good start in making arty less braindead, then just mirror the stats of the ML20. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Why Soviets are OP30 Sep 2020, 22:45 PM In teamgames, unless you have the T34-85 the Soviets just aren't responsive enough to be relevant compared to the UKF. The Su-85 is a great unit but being casemate while having the standard questionable pathing of Coh2 leaves it well behind the Jackson and Firefly imo. I really only want a Sov teammate for the Katyusha and AA quad to mitigate skillplane cancer. In: COH2 Balance

I dunno, if you wanted to change the stuka I think you'd need to make it more like the katyusha with less damage and random spread first then go from there. Which means that it's an indication of allies are better when played by the opposing team and visa versa. Besides, axis in team games is marginally easier if anything. In: COH2 Balance
