One of those i hate the most is the trench/bunker/firing position mechanic Losing forward retreat point comparing USF and OKW. USF: ouch, well i just buy major it again with manpower in fact its so cheap that i usually run with it in the front lines to bombard enemy with its arty. As the legend tell USF don't have anything against MG42 and need the mortar desperately against it. Why would it be cheaper? you don't need it for that price then buy a pack howi on your next tier. It should be better. Thread: KT, Why?6 Jul 2016, 09:32 AM When i started to play this game i prioritized to kill US officers because i tought that it would make them needing to tech again like OKW. How about just remove those officers and copy Brit or make them have some useful auras and when they are lost you need to tech that tier again? About the OKW in general. The truck system is risky and fuel heavy. If they need to side tech why not free the side tech to All truck... If they want 3 Flakgun trucks or 3 retreat positions or repair places why not? And for effing sake make the flak gun possible to aim... it just too easy to drive a tank there for it to shoot and pour infantry to kill it when its too dumb to switch targeting from unkillable unit to killable. Especially not for OKW where Panther is 200FU because "F*ck you OKW" Well one reason i have habit of retreating axis tank if i see it jumping in the air and don't immediately spot the shooter. --> Jackson is so damn fast it can run trought the defensive smoke to hit the killing blow and usually axis player is so panicked that (s)he messes up retaliation against jackson so that the TD usually gets away when it shouldnt. How many shots does the Jackson manage to get off with that single recon sweep? 1? 2 at most? How many shots does it take to down a KT? Depending on how lucky you are that's between 11 to 14 shots. That's more than a minute. Well usually when fighting axis tanks they are not hiding in the FOW they are usually shooting over their infantry thus visible, I can use Jacksons mobility and range to my advantage (and other units). usually (exept KT) axis vehicles start to fall back after 2-3 hits, KT needs "couple" of more. Recon comes when they start to retreat to repairs when they are usually that needed 1-2 hits away from destruction. And that small recon is usually enough to remember the spots to attack ground that spot later on. People have really bad habit to use the same spot over and over again in games. And what if they just overrun me? well then i've lost the game at least 15 minutes before that spot. I don't know if it makes a difference but i usually use them as a pair. Then i can kite in catepillar like manner. In: COH2 Balance

Since USF lack decent recon units fit for the late-game, this is usually their precious riflemen. That's why it is always so much fun to fight KTs as USF. Hmm... If you don't do any mistakes its insta win agains ost. and in 2vs2 with Britt-vickers and us-mortar the ost don't have anything else but to try to mad or ostrupp them. Killing fish in a barrel is still fun. Edit: and because of the FOW tracking with mortars OST can't even relocate the MG42 effiently... In: COH2 Gameplay
