Oh man. How much I hate myself. Don't hate me but I lost that shitload of text I've written to help you out. And I don't really want to watch the game again + set up that ton of help, so I'm gonna be quick now (the most game-losing flaws):
- You did relatively well given the conditions
- Should never attack garrisoned HMGs with only 1 squad
- You needed more active combatant squad or IDF rather than HMG
- You must hate vehicles You really threw away every single one of them
- You nicely crawled back yourself to the game and then a wild KV-2 appeared
- Always creep up on a HMG that's facing the wrong way (JLI was firing from max range)
- Use the OKW's "go gipsy for 5 seconds" ability aka "Salvage" -> it not only gives you free fuel but also helps you deny team weapons to your enemy
And I'm really really sorry that this mistake happened to your review. Really, I'm feeling so ashamed and sad that I wrote a sweethearted, kind (really, I would've helped with that load of text and I was taking it a bit of funny considering how many jokes I put into it). I hope you don't hate me for it and can fix those things in your play even with this minimal amount of pointed out help I really put my heart into the first version that's lost
Anyways, it was GG, I enjoyed every moment of it, keep up the good work

Watched it and here are a few tips: You mainly lost because of your lack of counters. Don't go assgrens if you know you won't be able to bleed the enemy with them. You lost 2 models until you've reached close range, then retreated. Not really worthy. And then you started using them at long range. No. Don't cap a point with 2 squads, 1 is more than enought to cap a point. You were just wasting time and fighting force, which you really needed. Both of them were really, really static. Know the counters, get a mortar. Or in this case, 3-4 of them. Also, against brits it is a MUST to have at least 1 sweeper on your pios. Try to communicate with teammate because you were scattered most of the time, don't even knowing what the other's doing. Try to get the best cover in every fight, but don't die for it. I mean, your troops were standing next to light/heavy cover. All you had to do is to order them to it, because it can matter. A lot. ATGs are not frontline units. If you see that there are no supporting troops around it/ units that can screen for it, then just draw them back. Also: Don't rely on StuGs and Paks on a map that greatly supports flanking as they are dead if somebody got in their back. The commando squad with their gammon bomb at ~29 min was well deserved for a learning slap in a face. Why? You already knew about them, because they even threw a grenade at your ostwind. They can't magically disappear (nah, I'm not referring to camo, only to that they can't vanish from an area under 10 seconds). Also you don't repair that close to the frontline if it's constantly shifting. Even if it's feeling safe. It's not really. 400 MP down the drain. Still no sweeper upgrade, the second thing you want them is because as far as I remember, they grant a +33% repair speed bonus. You should've gone T4 and brummbar as you hadn't gone for mortars and ostwinds are not that good against infantry. Aside from that, I only checked your teammate a few times but you were much better at this than he was. So to sum it up: You needed mortars very badly and quickly because that could've punish static play really hard. You were not fighting in the best conditions. You need to identify the map's settings and adapt to it. Assgrens were sort of a good choice, but this map needs a lot of mortars and using Paks and assault guns other than middle is a very risky move. Go for that T4! It's worth it now as brummbar's buffs actually made it a viable choice against infantry and emplacements and Panther is still a viable AT choice (even if it misses a lot thanks to the bad accuracy it's given). Hello! 1, It doesn't matter, but be mindful if you want to call in a glider. It's expensive but offers a lot of things (I'll get into it below) 2, Raid Operations - Use it every time you are capping on multiple fronts so you can quickly shift the frontline to your favor. For 50 muni it's a good ability, as it lets your vehicles to capture. Forward Logistics Glider - Be mindful if you want to call in one of these beauties. It costs a lot of MP, but offers a lot of things for exchange. Firstly you don't have to build a Forward Assembly with your Sappers for 250 MP as it can be toggled on to act as one (tho it won't have weapon racks at it and can't throw smoke for the 25pdr guns. It also gives you a great close range squad called "Air Landing Officer" which can't be built from the glider once killed so babysit him as he's really valuable. He has "Officer Charge" aka "Kick their asses, we can't get hurt", it grants tons of huge bonuses (-75% received accuracy for example), costs 15 muni, but he's only 4 man squad. Secondly, you can purchase additional Commando squads for 350 MP (5 man squads) and Medics for 180 MP (good for base-healing if you can afford it). Crew repairs - If most of your vehicles are badly hurt and you need them back at hull HP ASAP (or you don't have enough sappers and you are impatient at the same time) [most likely after a Cromwell invasion, when you rushed your enemy with them and they got back to base / safe zone] But be aware that it costs 100 muni, so use it cautiously. Strafing support - Use it when you have extra muni, because it costs 200 muni. Mostly when all-in assaulting, or simply assaulting a point with a bit greater force. You can also use it to help your boys defend a key location (for example a VP in close games). It lasts 90 seconds, but can't cover the whole map, so the best is when you activate it after your troops bumped into enemy resistance. Vanguard Operation "Crocodile" - No need for explaining, get it when you can as it's a must-have unit on the field. Hope I got everything In: UKF Strategies |

Lets make it simple - stuart is really powerfull, not impossible to beat, not super OP and not a godly 5 dimensional creature like the usf mortar, but definitely a must go in every 1v1 match. Don't forget vet3 terminator riflemen with double LMGs In: COH2 Gameplay |

Sorry, but 1v1 is really different from 4v4s. No problem, I see your offensiveish response for my offensiveish response. You know, doing things in a match is a lot harder than just watching it and criticizing stuff. I never said that I'm such a top tier material, you are pulling words from thin air. And I never said that they NEVER going to bump on them. They're just more aware of their environment. And you would be a lot more stressed to win a game if there's a lot of money flying in front of your eyes. And from arriving Stuart is a much more versatile unit than a Luchs. Even cheaper and won't cripple your infantry force if you choose that tier. If Luchs wouldn't be bugged, well preserved Luchs' could see some late game usage beyond irritating. Somebody once said in a thread that the wiping efficiency is like: T-70 > Stuart > Luchs > AEC Sorry if I hurt your feelings, everybody learned something this day. In: COH2 Gameplay |

lol lol lol and lol Easy to deal with? You must be either speaking about dumb v dumb aka 4v4s where everybody throws in everything or are playing at about top 1000 1v1. No offense, but dealing with one in 1s against a guy who has half a brain tries not to kamikaze it for everything he sees. Place it smartly. Again, if your opponent doesn't get a sweeper when facing OH (or anything axis in general) he must be really bad. But even if you manage to make it a surprise, good players won't really send stuff alone for adventures. And if you mean roads by smart placing, I mostly avoid them with vehicles (and I hope a lot of player does it too). If you are successful encouraging a bait, your opponent isn't that good. In higher levels, people feel what's a bait. If you try to bait a Stuart with a 222 you are most likely going to lose it instantly if you place your pak too far behind. 1 ability from the stuart and you can say goodbye to 210 manpower and 15 fuel 90% of the time. If you want to bait it with a sniper, you are either brave or silly. For CoH2s huge RNG it's really risky. But if you really wanna bait it with infantry try to use lower health squads that could survive a hit from it. But maybe somebody can say something from a different perspective In: COH2 Gameplay |
