Thread: M21 Mortar Halftrack bug?17 Jan 2016, 04:10 AM So I was playing with my friend in this match and I called out an M21 MHT in order to wipe out the MG crew. Strange thing is after I used the White Phosphorus ability and it just stood there and did nothing. Same thing happen with the auto fire or the normal shell ability. I'm not quite sure if it's a bug or not, can anyone tell me what happen with it? In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: Ostheer without T1/grens?8 Dec 2015, 19:08 PM Unfortunately, I disagree with you about your comment about the Ostruppen (I'm not saying you're bad when using Ostruppen) Actually I'm not quite sure about this but Ostruppen units are IS version of Ost (excluding the reloading part and 280mp as cost) when in cover. So what are you going to do is put them in cover, as a group (remember, they only work well when going as a group) and I'm not saying that you should blob them because one HMG team will pinned them down faster than you have expected. My personal go for Ostruppen is 2~3 Ostruppen in the first 10 minutes along with a MG42 team. Put your Ostruppen in cover when capping (as a team), and bring your Pio + HMG (as a team) to get as much as field control as you could. After that based on their units and I will go for different way: a. if they field more troops => Ostwind. b. if they field tanks (oh I love this) => try to bait them with 1 Ostruppen squad into your Pak range and faust it with as much Ostruppen as you could (you have spare muni so... use it) along with mines and S-mines. Thread: Bug in chat after the update4 Dec 2015, 07:52 AM So today is the update for the game and I played it like normally until this took my interest (ignore the stats and the chat pls) As you can see, my teammate's name had been re-colored into blue (it was yellow in 2v2 before the update). This also affected my opponents team, so whenever someone talked, I had to look for the name and it's super hard to see the name. I hope relic can fix it soon (or can you tell me how to fix this? I've been skipping T1 for quite a while now, and verses UKF (evem with AT sniper spam) PGrens are viable. Just don't let them have the range advantage over you (keep them behind an LoS blocker). PGrens wipe AT Sniper in under 2 seconds, while MG42 can be good bait. well I can go T1 (in case I call out Ostruppen) and my teammate is a OkW player, and my enemy is UKF In: Ostheer Strategies

Thread: What should I buy after 3MG + 3 Panzergren?18 Nov 2015, 06:13 AM So I tried to reduce my MG build at early and put in some Grens and Ostruppen (not feeling brave to try A$$gren) At first it was hard since I needed to cover more territory that 3 MGs can cover, but after some matches I could control it okay-ish. I tried the mortar (both the HT and the T1 building, but no smoke because I didn't remember it exist) and it kill the blobs faster than I had expected (maybe because the MG pinned them? lol). And about doctrine choosing, I guess I will stick with Spearhead/Osturppen for a while (at least before Lelic release the new patch) and try with the bot for practicing with Mechanized/Mobile Defense In: Ostheer Strategies

The reason why I didn't use that doctrine because I was stuck on after Puma (or sometimes Ostruppen reserves) unlocked. After that I really had no idea what to build/what to get. @Daniel: ....What doctrine is that?
