It's in the Shock Rifle commander and that one with the guards and ISU-152, which generally seem to be the better soviet commanders so I don't see why it wouldn't have use. In: COH2 Balance

Partisan camo does not appear to be working in the preview but the little HUD icon is there though. Also if Partisans are getting camo then they need a hold fire button too (both AT and AI partisans), so that they can put their close range weapons to good effect when in ambush. For UKF, perhaps the Mills bomb should be auto-unlocked when teching up or when the tommies squad gets vet 1, as it still does not seem like a worthwhile purchase. Also as the amount of starting fuel for soviets has been changed, perhaps the molotovs and AT grenades could be reduced to 20 or 15 fuel? In: Lobby

The Hammer/Anvil tech change is nice pacing and balance wise, but the comet should keep its HP, seeing as the general cost for it has gone up now. If command tank aura is getting nerfed, then the downsides need to be less harsh, as designating something as a command vehicle renders the target vehicle useless essentially. Jagdtiger changes and general axis heavy changes will make them more viable choices in long drawn out games vs the UKF which is good (although USF and Soviets get the short straw here since they have to deal with this too.) If Molotovs are having their intial damage reduced then they need to adjust the animation, as competent players will rarely get hit by the initial damage because it's so damn slow and easy to avoid. Seeing as the infantry flamethrowers are being heavily reworked to anti-garrison and no longer leave flamepools of death on the floor everywhere. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Cons with Vickers LMG8 Sep 2015, 14:37 PM Conscripts are very effective with PIATs. If they can land their AT grenade and give engine damage to something, it's GG tanks, since they can actually hit stuff with the PIAT because of the snare. Watching 4+ squads of cons gang up on a Panther is hilarious. Who needs the PTRS anyway? In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Balance Preview Update 09/04/20158 Sep 2015, 10:04 AM Jump back to quoted post8 Sep 2015, 09:22 AMFiresparks The tiger's only "problem" in vanilla game is the fact you can only build 1. in 1v1 one tiger is significant, but in a 4v4 one tiger is a drop in the bucket. Lock the tiger to one, until the player built the t4 building. Same thing with the IS2. In addition, there needs to be a price decrease for the tiger or a price increase for the is2. The IS2 does feel a bit better than the tiger currently and as such should be more expensive. the is2 should cost 670mp and 250 fuel. I'm fine with the IS-2 being cheaper, seeing as Soviets can lack strong late game armour if they don't pick an appropriate commander, and Wehrmacht players can just pump out panthers instead of calling for a tiger. Even OKW can get a sufficient amount of Panthers if they can hold a decent amount of the map. Heavy tanks should keep the limit though, because it makes you use it strategically and you have to support it with combined arm instead of calling in several then A-moving the enemy position. And as mentioned the range buff will make it even better vs US which needs to be taken into account In: Lobby
