Hello.

-Every infantery model in the game have 80HP (with the exception of snipers)
-The HP of a squad is the total of every model's HP.
-Each model manage his HP independantly a model do not die each time 80HP are missing from a squad.
-You may possibly have a squad with 10 HP left consisting of 4 models with 4,2,1,3 HP respectively.
-UKF and OST snipers have 82 HP which help them to survive direct hits from mortars that deals 80 dammages. SOV snipers have 48 hp each.
-Model's defense is made of AccuracyRecieved (which reduce the precision of the ennemy to them) and Armor (only for shocktroopers, making them ignore 33% of normal rifle shots)

Depends on the map for me.
Basically you have :
-Intel
-Repair
-Closecombat
-Offmap
-Lategame tank

What truely differs in my opinion are shock vs ppsh and ISU vs T34.
I would say that the map should decide for you as Open maps will allow you to use the ISU without restrictions and Shocktroopers are more likely to survive an assault than conscripts (smoke and all).
On the other side, crowded map are more suited for the mobile T34 and PPSH'ed conscripts are more likely to get in position will all the cover/buildings.

The vehicle detection is more useful than what you would think. It may have a cost but you are maphacking the ennemy's masterpieces for a certain time and you can see their type on the control map. Just different kind of intel than radio intercept, you cant know when he is teching.

TBH unless you're picking up ppsh doctrine, more then 2 cons is a huge disadvantage on a long run. Literally any other unit is more efficient then cons without weapon upgrade and conspam is a dead end strat, you need maxims asap, every game.

It is a different strat i am ok with. The main goal of the one i presented is to go for the throat and use those conscript to quickly take the advantage, take the map controle and outcap the opponent to quickly transition to a T-70 or two (adding a ZIS if money allows it) and either to T34 or IS2 if the game goes that long. If possible adding a shock trooper in the T-70 timer (making shockrifle frontline doctrine perfectly fit for that strategy).
I did not mention Maxim because T2 wouldn't be produce until 5 conscripts are produced and they would come too late but there is tons of variation of course.
I tried a lot PPSH doctrines but i rarely find that useful, i prefer my conscripts to throw At grenades and molotovs infinite and not be restricted on munitions.
Of course adding ppsh and maxims are possible. But it is not the same strategy.*
This one can easily fail on the followings : an abundance of early microed sturmpioneer (2-3), assaultgrenadiers, an early AAHT well defended and mass MG (3-4). 1-2 Mg are not enough as you simply overrun and hoorahmolotov them.
This is only an exemple of a proactive strategy where you want to lead the pace of the game instead of reacting to your opponent.

The AEC can self spot for itself with 50 sight range, while regular light tanks have 35. It comes sub 6 minutes while other light tanks come atleast a minute later. Its capable of fighting infantry and serving as effective light AT. Has 400 health + non doc smoke.

Lets be real here.

Sight to 35, research time increased 45 seconds. Possibly fuel increased from 50 to 60. Research mp 100 to 80, AEC 340 mp to 280.

If you think AEC performs too well (which is highly debatable) increasing costs and build time is a wrong route.
Before the patch, a lot of british players prefered to beeline to a Cromwell at 10 min. Now we got a step at the 6min mark where AEC is aviable (and crom delayed). If you increases costs and build time this makes the AEC less desirable compared to a waiting a little bit more for a far better medium tank. Putting the AEC in the same place as before, an unsed unit, not something we want.
