Okay It's an IMO well-designed squad that's not seen much, because it's just a squad with Grenadier power level that comes around T-70 timing when you should already have all the Grens you want. I often see it used only as replacement squad for wiped Grenadiers, because you don't want to overinvest in mainline infantry. I don't see how it's unreasonable to ask for a simple timing adjustment, considering it's. not. elite. infantry. In: COH2 Balance

This is an elite infantry, on the 5th vet they get from 0.8 to 0.47 Tagget size. The allies have no elite infantry with a target size of 0.5. And even 0.6. If you want a Jagers for 2 cp, then adjust the cost with its performance and target size. This is not just grenadiers with g43. You of course are very gynius with such requests. JLI already come at 2 1 CP and are not the same squad as the Jaeger Command Squad. This is the squad that has been talked about the last 20 posts: https://i.imgur.com/9Qwx80F.png It's a G43 Grenadier squad with 1 extra G43 model. It's only in Ostheer's Jaeger Infantry doctrine. LMG Obers will kill about 3 Shock models before being killed themselves. The squads that perform best against rushing Shocks are Panzergrenadiers, Falls and STG Obers, but none of those will actually win consistently (unless the Shocks decide to move around after each model death, like on Tightrope's video). Giving 320 Mp to a a squad to just wait IF the enemy does stuff like you hoped is ABSURD. Elite infantry must be pro-active not reactive. They don't have demos or camo like proper infiltrators nor they have a good RA to keep themselves in fights. Their role is not A-moving. Check out Von's stream if you want to know how to use Falls, he's been using the doctrine extensively in preparation of the upcoming Command Panther nerf. I do want to add, seeing VonIvan use Falls, that the timing of their second FG42 package would come too late. Pretty sure Von said the same himself. He gets Falls around the 7 minute mark.
