Thread: Mines (Brit?) Vs KT11 May 2016, 13:43 PM Twice now in two seperate games (one 1v1 one 2v2) I have had a KT hit a mine with nothing happening to it at all, the first time it didn't even seem to go over it but it blew up (There was nothing else that hit the mine it WAS the KT) the second time in 2v2 the KT ran straight over it. Is this a porblem with all mines, the KT or just a mix of the two? I've ran over a few mines before only to have them do the same to me so I assume its a problem with all mines but, I could be wrong. Thread: Why Ostheer is currently not much fun in my opinion9 May 2016, 13:52 PM I don't have a problem against brits, build and MG then a sniper and you are good to go. The AEC will want to get your sniper so place a mine and bait it, that however, is luck. 2 222's and a faust is easy to kill the AEC no problem, I hardly get PAK's as OST until late mid - late game, the additional micro isn't needed and as you said they just get circle strafed too easy when caught out of position. My biggest problem as OST is the lack of green cover they can build, it makes defending points a lot harder than it needs to be, often relying on 150MP bunkers which delays units further. OST mortars vs SU mortar = dead ost mortar hell, anything vs SU = dead anything especially with the fast flame blobs/easy spam units. Brits I can stand toe to toe with all the time, SU and UKF however, I just can't beat their blobs, MG's get flamed or smoked, and any push I make gets ruined by indirect snipes, and I mean snipes. Thread: How hard is it to mod?1 May 2016, 12:51 PM Not going to lie, Ive been lazy and not checked the forum much but I would just like to know how much of a pain it would be to mod in values to the game? What I intend to do is create a mod that punishes blobbing by giving units a debuff based on their cover, how many squads are bunched etc. Like most of you I have a job, I make indie games with game maker (well try to) and have a family so I can't really spend far too long on a project that would take me far to long to complete.
