I came across this by accident after the game was over and I was parked next to an MG. The churchill simply wouldn't fire at it, "ok, minimum range" I thought but then as you can see it just refuses to fire at all.
Probably not something they would change at this point if I had to guess. My only voice related complaint is a mix-up I recently found
When Rifleman knock out an AT gun crew, the lines for killing a tank are played. They'll say "Gerry lost a Panzer!" when you kill a pak 40/rak crew lol.
Reversely, if you bazooka a tank to death, they'll say something like "Kraut AT gun neutralized!" Kinda funny, but would be nice if they could fix it
Not as funny as losing an upgraded UC with the vickers MG only to hear "We have lost a crocodile flamethrower tank" from the announcer...
A) Remove it
B) Timed cost ability
C) Replace it with high vision similar to old 222 with the ability that came from elefant commander
D) Make units appear on minimap only
But of course, make it 1HK, its cheaper than a walking stuka and has more survivability, should be the other way around.
I still don't understand the valentine wasnt allowed it but a non doctrinal unit was.
Then use commandos and throw a gammon bomb. Whilst the targeting of the AVRE and sturm tiger are pretty iffy at best, like you said, you aim behind them and it fixes it. Broken? Probably, Need fixing? Probably not, they are already a high chance to wipe so gotta have that risk reward.
