Thread: Why don't players that hate COH2 leave permanently?20 Mar 2021, 22:07 PM Honestly I can put up with balance issues because I still enjoy the strategy elements of the game but the variance of RNG in CoH2 is far too much for me to enjoy outside of playing it every once in a while. I can't play for more than 1-2 games without being tilted out of my mind and it kind of saps any enjoyment I get from the other parts of the game. I spend 90% of my CoH2 time watching other people play rather than playing myself. Which is depressing because a part of me still wants to try and improve at the game further but RNG makes it hard to stay motivated to play the game at all competitively. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Top level player allegedly maphacking in CoH2 10 Mar 2021, 20:44 PM Some of the clips are definitely weird timing wise and the Brummbar is especially weird but I don't think you can ban him 100% without definitive proof of him cheating. I think a lot of people don't really how important timing is in CoH 2 especially in high level games. Attack move also reacts instantly when something is spotted at the edge of fog war. Lucky timing of mg's setting up happens all of the time in games. Sometimes you just predict where the opponent is coming from and guess right. If Seeking was cheating I feel like he would be more dominant because he is already a Top 10 player in 1v1 mechanically speaking. I would just look at it as innocent until proven guilty and even though there is some solid evidence but its not overwhelming in my opinion. Banning Kimbo in this situation is even more strange because its under the assumption that Kimbo was actively playing with a map hacker that he knew was cheating and he did it anyway. I think its just too many assumptions to be absolutely certain. In: Lobby
Thread: Does Ostheer Puma really req 5 cp?10 Mar 2021, 00:43 AM I would say to make the Puma 4 CP and buildable from Tier 2. Greyhound can be 3 CP and buildable from the HQ but must require either both officers or 1 officer and the 20 fuel side tech. Would make the timings more competitive for both units which come a bit too late to be effective at the moment. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: radio silence change26 Jan 2021, 03:32 AM Increase in cost and maybe making Spy Network a bit better in the Partisan commander would help. 60 muni would be reasonable to some extent. But I also think you could keep it at the same price and lower the duration to like 15 seconds or something so it isn't active as long. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: [Winter Balance Update] UKF Feedback14 Jan 2021, 00:13 AM If Brits struggle really badly in ML4 would it be possible to move the AT nade the Sappers have to the Infantry Sections. If that makes Tommy spam too strong then maybe make it so Brits start with a Sapper instead of a Section so there is one less squad running around since they are really strong once bolstered. This way Brits have something to deal with fast light vehicles if they don't have the AEC and would maybe make non-AEC builds more viable in 1v1. Also if the AEC timing is now slightly too slow I would remove the extra 15 seconds of build time that was added but keep the capping bonus nerfs. In: COH2 Balance

This woyld mean soviets need early tools such as nades to have them be able to handle them, or the mg42 needs a hard nerf. I would honestly say the best thing to do is to make it so Molotov's are automatically unlocked by building Tier 1 or Tier 2 and if that proves to be too early, make the unlock point Tier 3. Thread: [Winter Balance Update] OST Feedback11 Jan 2021, 07:10 AM Honestly I think giving Grens sandbags would make them feel a lot better, obviously they should have the slower build time like the sandbags of other factions but it would make LMG Grens feel much better defensively in the engagements where they excel. Thread: [Winter Balance Update] SOV Feedback5 Jan 2021, 06:40 AM Yeah I agree with the sentiment that Tier 1 and 2 are probably too expensive mp wise. If they were both 100 instead of 160 I think that would make backteching early game way more viable. Right now if I go Tier 1 I don't feel like I can backtech until I am at Tier 4 because I don't want to delay timings on units due to MP bleed. Would also reduce the reliance on the M-42 for AT which is kind of a crutch right now if you go Tier 1, unless you rely solely on Guards and PTRS Penals but they don't scale too well. In: COH2 Balance
