Hello everyone,
since im back in CoH2 modding after actually 5 years ive lost nearly all of my Knowledge. I got the Basics back in my mind but im still asking myself how i can create an Action where the russians get automatically conscripts like every 10 seconds. Popcap and resrouces shall be ignored since it should feel like a massive army with Unlimited Manpower.

ist already a waste of Money to buy it in the store cuz you can get them by a war spoil drop. Me for myself will never buy sth in the store again. Bought at the start of coh2 all commanders and Skins but now you can get them dropped.
