Bit expensive. At least the player did/does more damage than the 160 mp to the other players in the early game with the mortar placed in a good position protected by the MG-42, and the veteran MG-42 gets an ability to shoot more efficiently at the early vehicles. The only problem I ever had with the doctrine was really the Tiger Ace. Have you been surpriced by a veteran MG-42 which is followed by a veteran mortar? Thread: New and improved USF Recon Company idea(s)22 Nov 2015, 08:58 AM I like to use the Recon Company. But I think that the paratrooper combat group needs a change. For example that they remove the AT-gun and the random weapons that RNG gives to these units and lower the cost, so that I can get 2 paratrooper squads for a lesser cost. But they could change the tiger ace to cost the same as a regular tiger and lower the command point requirement for that call in, and remove the ugly painting, but let it keep vet 3. It is a very good tank if a player succeed in micromanaging it, that is attack with multiple Panthers and move forward or retreat, which is also called individual skill. One single Panther has no chance against 2 or more AT-guns, bazookas, or medium tanks. And it is too easy to destroy the Panther, and I find that historically incorrect. I also agree that T-34/76 belongs to tier 3. Several T-34/76 (or T-34/85) counters the Panther. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Main problems of the game?18 Nov 2015, 10:12 AM My opinions: (1) Riflemen are too strong, especially when they get vet3. It is almost impossible to kill them and it is too easy to use them in blobs. (2) Grenadiers are too weak. It is too easy to squad wipe them. (3) It is almost impossible to kill units in buildings. (it is ok that the building is that strong, but not if the units are) (4) It is difficult to kill the Croc with Schrecks and PAKs. (5) Matchmaking is broken, especially with unranked arranged teams with skilled players. Let the matchmaking count all the arranged 4vs4 games for the players involved in the arranged team. See this example. (6) Bug splat occurs too often. See an example here (time 3:13). In: Lobby
