Whoever manages to stay in that circle with mobile units has a L2P issue. Don't get me wrong, I dislike the idea of abilites which can 1-hit OKW buildings, but at the same time I don't want a faction to lose their only abilities of effective indirect fire. Adjustments have to be made on both sides for several units/abilites to get this right (british arty qq). In: COH2 Balance

I think that would be good. Halving barrage delay would probably hit weapon teams hard while reverting nerfs will hit blobs hard.... quite easy to choose from my perspective. In: COH2 Balance

It was a change in the pace of the entire game, not just soviets. At the time ostheer's and USF's fuel costs were also around 120 fuel and were raised as well. The T34's timing in the game was pretty much unchanged. Only OKW wasn't changed, but because even ostheer was changed that means it was a buff for OKW, not a nerf for soviets. The Katyusha just happens to be the counter against OKW turteling and blobbing. Using it against Ostheer was far less effective. In: COH2 Balance
