Thread: More Intel bulletin stuff1 Dec 2020, 15:43 PM Iv gone through the intel bulletins and it safe to say nothing is unusal beside the 251 healht bonus. There are 3 left which need to be fixed. They are... . Katyushas range increase: Still attached to the precision barrage not the creeping barrage (would have same affect on the panzerwefers once the new vet ability comes). . Pm-41 5% reduce scatter only effects autofire. . And last but the most absurd, Kv1 thicker skin (comes under the name defense) grants a 4% RA reduction instead of 4% armor I cannot see any more so I assume the last. Kv1 with the bulletin almost has 23 target size instead of 24. In: COH2 Bugs

The Panther is "suffering" from high scatter especially on the move, not from low accuracy while standing. IF the Panther needs a buff in that regard, either reduce scatter (I'd suggest angular scatter to go down to 5-6) OR increase moving accuracy. That general accuracy buff partially reverts the medium buffs as Stormjager pointed out and does not help much vs heavies anyway. The Panther does not need to be even more oppressive vs mediums. Hence why I said its better at chasing down mediums (not including veteracy/tank commander). New 0.065x20=1.3=130% 0.05x20=1=100% 0.04x20=0.8=80% Old 0.06x21=1.26=126% 0.045x21=0.94=94% 0.035x21=0.73=73% The panther is actually better than before. I think just tinkling the moving accuracy may be enough but ill be wary if thats done (edit, this goes against what I said about the panther being better at chasing down tanks, probably better to make it vet only). I think it will become too oppressive after these changes. If Axis tank destroying capabilities need to be buffed then perhaps buffing the JP4 and the Stug might be a better route. Something like, higher pen for the JP4 and 60 range for the Stug. In regards to the panther accuracy, it really just solidifies panthers being almost completely reliable to chase down heavies which is its primary job (not like you see them anyway). Its just going to be more capable to do the same with mediums. In: COH2 Balance

The barrage is a qol fix imo. Yes it should be reduce similarly Not really it more of a fix, the su76 is just getting what every other turret-less tank in the game has plus a new ability replacing the old one. In regards to the M5, I think its abit too much. Ill try 4%. Penals even through they come abit earlier, by mid game late game they dont fair well against upgraded infantry in damage or staying power. By late they bleed you (at penals just become dead weight). I said in the past move some accuracy to their received accuracy, it isnt working. Honestly they are so out of place idk what changes they need. In: COH2 Balance

Iv used it many times wiping infantry in green cover, it defiantly shouldn't anymore expecially now that its more potent against tanks and cost. Its easier to use than the pershings ap round which is still bounceable and cost about the same only effective against armor (I got the price wrong its 50muni). In: COH2 Balance

Its early version of the patch but I dont think the vet ram is going to change through. If ram isnt (likely) going to be replaced then I would give it heavy engine damage or increase the t3476s close pen to encourage getting in close. This could make ram work as the t3476 vets quick, ram could be access while in range to finish off a target. This also makes the 76 more of a threat to unsupported lone tanks. In: COH2 Balance

I can completely agree with ram needing to be adjusted but I think it should at lease get heavy engine damage after ram. I just dont agree for any vet unit to be doomed to die from its vet ability. The t3476 is still most likely dead but it should at lease have be it a very small chance to survive. Ill add that the t3485 should get a different ability or for both t34 variants and rid ram for good. In: COH2 Balance

Ram: made far less rewarding and still completing crippling to the t34 and locked behind vet. This is really jarring considering this game is supose to be about unit preservation, why on earth is their an vet ability to cripple and almost guarantee destroy your vetted tank?
