Thread: Replacing slot weapons OR removing weapon slots16 Mar 2015, 20:42 PM Hey! So I have my Panzergrenadiers who can upgrade to 4x G43 if they don't have any of their weapon slots filled. I also can make Panzerschreck not upgradable with this upgrade, but since they are capped at 4 men and will never get more, how can I either: 1. Make any weapons they pick up override the G43, removing it from the squad until the picked weapon is dropped. 2. Make the 4x G43 upgrade completely fill the 2 slots without making G43 take slots since it would make it unable to pick weapons up or upgrade with Panzerschrecks when using the 2x G43 upgrade. But its flamethrower upgrade is definitely the most fucking garbage upgrade in the game. It's amazing for its critting potential, better squad wiper than M3 with Penals inside. You just shouldn't use it on its own/as your main anti-infantry. Hound low health squads to finish them off. In: COH2 Balance

And if we had this instead of the current OKW I think the meta would be more interesting (and since due to the way it is laid out with the light vehicles being more longer ranged support roles instead of shock units, its game-play should not be as binary as the one PE had.) My point is that it's already a part of Ostheer mostly. Maybe we could have a doctrine like that, but Ost already has 2 Mechanized doctrines. In: Lobby

Logically if your think turtling with the Schwer is cheap, wouldn't you also say bunker spam or FP spam is cheap to? Schwerer costs only 200 mp and 80 fuel and part of your main progression. 4+ bunkers cost upwards of 600 MP, plus munitions for the MG. In: COH2 Gameplay
