Kyle said a patch with accompanying notes was coming 13 days ago and then disappeared. Passionate or not that's a load of crap. Tightrope just had his invitational tournament this weekend and had to ban the USF mortar. This is the second time there was a tournament with a banned unit because of game-breaking bugs. Not to say PAK40 is better than ZiS and stug3 is better than SU76. 160 more health, 20 more armour, more main gun penetration and now better MGs. Twice is definitely an overstatement, but it's pretty clearly better. In: COH2 Balance

But of course it's not necessarily the same as in-game, so I checked the units' performance with CheatCommands and it also seemed about the same to me as well. Schultz Yes, but that unit costs more and requires 2 cp; therefore, it shouldn't be as much of a problem when compared to the early, cheap and equally powerful squad version. We might need to keep in mind that the next patch may transform the half track into a moving pile of shit though. Honestly, that's a pretty fair point, especially since the M21 doesn't have the egregious additional 0.8 scatter from vet 1 to turn it into a laser-guided bomb lobber like the weapon team. They would be again. The LeIG still looks like the scatter is bugged so the accuracy is the same at 100 as at the minimum range. The only thing that you suggested that would be okay is the smoke option. Using smoke to help infantry get close would be okay and add something that OKW lacks. I dunno there's still a lot there which contributed at the time that are now gone...namely the FUCKING SUPPRESSION, JUST REMEMBERING IT RRAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH So yeah, an AoE buff like that should still be pretty far from the old cancer. Like miragefla said, the one-shot radius shouldn't really change from his suggestions, it'll just improve the weapon's effectiveness on non-direct hits. In: COH2 Balance
