Thread: 1vs1 Removing map from automatch31 Jul 2018, 01:45 AM I feel like the rate of progress on the map pool the 6 months to year has been pretty reasonable, especially compared to the rest of the games history and given that it is largely driven by volunteer efforts. However I am not a mapmaker so perhaps I don't understand whiteflash's frustrations. Anyway I voted Arnhem because that is a veto for every faction for me. Minsk I don't see as a competition suitable map but I don't mind playing on it as it brings about much different strategies due to its large size, kind of reminds me of Lost Temple in WC3. Kholodny winter is inferior to summer for sure however I wouldn't mind 2 versions of Kholodny in the map pool if the winter version was better and offered some meaningful differences. Thread: How to nerf Mobile Defense without it becoming CAS5 Jul 2018, 03:08 AM Locking the puma behind battle phase 2 is too late, these days battle phase 2 tech is quite expensive. I think overall it would be better to make it buildable from T2, that extra 40 seconds or so delay from the build time should make an impact. Similar for the command tank it should be buildable from T3, probably accompanied by a 10 fuel discount. In: COH2 Balance

Is that north eastern standard territory point still in bunker range? That should change. Putting gaps in the northern hedge would make the cut-off harder to defend though right? Given the current balance I would be hesitant to add those. I don't think we need to worry about moving points to unused areas of the map if it doesn't improve game play. In: Summer patch 2018
