It mainly caused tremendous problems trying to balance it with USF's early-mid-game advantages. It was only in there because so many ppl complained for it to be added. Couldn't agree more about pershing in coh2. But I have to agree with aerafield on a lot of his points. Overwatch basically exists because your alternative vs current UKF is to get walked off the map or play obnoxiously. You cannot even rely upon MG34 any more to deal with the IS blob, because they get 42 sight range pyrotechnics (52 sight in cover at vet I, which means anywhere of relevance). Yeah pretty much this. You can say something similar about most of the commanders that have dominated coh2 for any faction. Outside of the DLC ones that were just glaringly OP upon addition, most of the "OP" commanders are just poorly designed band-aids for a factions weakness In this case it's OKW vs brits In: COH2 Balance

Anti-LV isn't it's main purpose anyway Ost doesn't really need it for that, they can handle LVs just fine with mg42s vet 1 ability and with their longer range fausts In: COH2 Gameplay
