Calliope is doctrinal, costs less than a stuka or a pwerfer/katy (teching you forgot) and it is much better than any other arty. And having ZERO armor works just fine (spam atgs, zooks...then maybe get a M36). Wipe everythings. Panzerwefer, comes late...delay ostheer tanks, hard to get due to T4 has insane prices. Wipe everythings. Maybe you should get your facts right. I don't understand the argument with teching costs, you get alot more units then only a Werfer, might as well split the teching costs to one third for each unit that you can build. Getting a Calliope delays your tanks as well. Not to mention Ostheer has much better AT options then USF stock. There is a huge difference between always penetrating tanks and not penetrating tanks, you can overextend alot more with Axis tanks then USF ones. And a non doctirnal unit is alot better then a doctirnal unit, because you don't actually have to choose a commander. USF stock is the worst faction of all others, they actually need commanders to stay viable. Calliope needs nerfing and it's price decreased, same as the Werfer needs nerfing + it's supression removed. In: COH2 Balance

Nerf them all, rocket arty overbuffs made infantry preservation irrelevant with insane wiping potential of said rocket arty. Such a good feeling to outplay your opponent whole game infantry-wise only to lose all carefully preserved and upgraded infantry in two barrages. Current metagame is terrible. Yeah, the indirect fire game is too much. Though USF really needs the Calliope though it should be nerfed, Priest sucks right now. In: Replays

But to respond to your post; axis have some great commanders which have great teamplay potential which you will see in the replay. Which allies lack. So AT axis will most likely have more teamwork potential. Calliope is OP, but did you know werfers actually have better stats? God forbid USF has actually got a tank with more health then it's counter parts. In: Replays

Sure 4 USF have to micro alot more in late game then a mixed Axis teams with supporting commanders like the resource drop. Sure 4 USF have to constantly reposition dodging stuka's. Sure USF tanks die to two hits by a JT/Ele. But we'll prove everyone wrong, we only played a couple games together and we're still figuring out the best strat. Which is almost done. Thread: British Forces 2v2 balanced? 7 Jan 2016, 21:43 PM After OKW got buffed, alot of players jumped back to play them again in randoms. Alot of good players I mean. It used to be that most top 2s players went as allies, now it's more evened out because OKW is actually viable in 1s and 2s. I don't want to say you guys are getting outplayed, but you'll probably get more bad random teammates as allies compared to OKW. In: COH2 Balance

Right now as allies tank vs tank you dare not try and flank anything because 9 times out of 10 there will be a volkshrek blob trailing behind it waiting for you to do just that. Almost killed a panther and want to give chase? Same thing again. It forces you to try and slug it out with axis tanks face to face. Something they are ill equipped for. Never give chase as allies in late game teamgames, pushing an axis tank back is victory enough, it'll give you map control and not to mention veterancy for your tanks. Allied tanks can't overextend like axis tanks can. Which seems unfair, but it is what it is. I've killed KT's and Tigers who just slightly overextended with their support out of reach. Never overextend yourself, except you absolutely know for sure it's safe. In: COH2 Balance
