Dunno what cost should be (thinking 40F), but that's how I think it should perform. Main thing is it can't be made to outperform the US AAHT, because otherwise you kill the Lieutenant tier. Plus the rearch of 15 fuel on the 50 fuel cost for the car. 30+65 fuel is more than 70 fuel for puma on top of the 50 fuel for mechanized? What the hell am I missing here? 55 fuel for Mechanized lol. And you're forgetting the 15 fuel for the truck. AEC: 30+15+50-20=75 OKW Puma: 15+50+70-10=125 ... So you can literally get two AECs for the amount of fuel it takes an OKW player to get a Puma. That's still much earlier than a Luchs and just slightly more fuel than is required build a US AA halftrack. Again, this is the amount of fuel required to build your first light vehicle right now: AEC: 30+15+50-20=75 Stuart: 60+70-15=115 Luchs: 15+50+65-10=120 T-70: 10+85+70-20=145 (this assuming that the Soviet player goes T1. If they go T2, then it's 155 fuel). US AA Halftrack: 50+50-15=85 So I'm thinking that the AEC should probably arrive at around the 100-110 fuel mark if rushed. That's still faster than its closest counterpart, the OKW Puma, which arrives at 130 fuel. My suggestion: AEC cost increased to 60 from 50. Teching cost increased to 25 from 15. And all British Infantry Sections get access to the anti-tank grenade, which is only available to Tank Hunter Sections right now. In: COH2 Balance

Consider if it was a Skdz 250: -it can chase snipers and no AT units just like 222 -it lets you flank support weapons with Panzgrens (a large purpose of the unit, really) -It could have a light 37mm cannon upgrade for 90 munis that gives it both AT and AI Now every doctrine currently with a 250 HT would get a 222 call-in, instead. Would be strange having two halftracks in T2 though. Maybe the 250 could replace the 251? Also, I'd like to see the OKW searchlight halftrack replaced with an actual 250/251 halftrack.
