Spamming KV-1 without tech is pretty discusting tho. I think if it's going to get buffs it should be limited to one.

Fun game at kharkov. Okw had really strong early game and I was cut-off several minutes, so I couldn't do anykind T3 light vehicle agression. And that left me only one choise. To issue order no: 227! Fresh reinforcements keeps coming from the motherland to push back the germans!

I think your build was a bit weird and not utilized properly. You started with 2 REs but you didn't really cap. Instead you camped buildings in the start, which were not that important. Garissions at fuels don't have many windows and there is good cover around them so it's easy to just shoot units away from them. If you had rushed the white house at cener VP that would have been a lot better. You also decided to tech grenades first even though there was no real reason.

Grenade upgrade costs 25 fuel so it dealys your first light vehicle ~minute so it's better to rush light vehicle first and after that get ambulance and rifle upgrades. Also grenades in general against opponent who only has mobile units is not a good choice in my opinion. Because you pretty much rely on your opponent not paying attention to win engagements. Bars, m1919s and flamers allows your rifles to trade better against grens.

Ok I watched the replay and I think the main reason you lost is that you really didn't have a plan. You had some riflemen handering around and and when you found the enemy you just attacked even though the odds were against you.

Just don't attack like this:



First you want to know what kind of army your opponent has. Count his units (how many volks, mgs, obers, at guns, what upgrades). Then you want to know were they are and how they are positioned. REs, light vehicles (especially M20!), pathfinders, rifle company flare, major recon run are all good scouting options. If you don't have thease you can carefully make some pokes with rifle squads, but don't commit into bad engagements. When you attack make sure you bring enough stuff!

Your teching path was a bit weird too. I don't want to focus too much in this because people have their own preferences and you can pretty much make any build work as long as you play your units right. But I felt that you just bought stuff in weird order.

You teched something like this:
Lt (you didn't make any units from this tech), ambulance, nades, Capt, stuart, major, zook/bars

It's really advantageous to rush light vehicle first because it forces your opponent to use resources to buy AT when he is really struggling against rifles and that should give you really good map control.

Why do people get so salty when fortune posts something? His replays are still better than most shit that get posted here anyways. If you can't stand getting pride posted don't fucking lose.
