Thread: Help with a good BAR build for 1v131 Oct 2014, 15:48 PM I like to go rifle company. 3 rifles into M20, from there I get Captain and BAR. Then I build any manpower heavy units (AT guns, Pack Howi) and save fuel for Ez8. I also like to get grenades when I can. Going airborne and getting BARs leaves me with too little munis. So 4 from me. Would be 5, but relic willingly is choosing to ignore underpowered and underused units and doctrines since forever and even if the patch was good, can't say the game is good. Agreed, I would love Partisan tactics to be more useful as well as almost all the other commanders lacking call ins. Except for tank hunter because it's just fun. In: COH2 Balance

Kubel being one of the few things I was talking about, though I haven't played enough post patch to see if the patch balanced the unit. Although probably the thing I hate the most in this game is the shrek snipes, Half my men are usually blown to bits by volks AT weapon! In: COH2 Balance

Thread: What do you think of an SU-85 buff?29 Oct 2014, 01:26 AM I like the SU-85, a little frontal armour buff would be nice though. I would also like to try T-34 85 as non doctrinal (considering it was one of the soviets most commonly used tanks late in the war). I don't think a buff would change soviets that much, it already has nice AT capabilities but its always going to be outclassed by the bigger guns, if it wasn't it would be ridiculous. I think another change is necessary to stop the call-in meta. In: COH2 Balance

Soviets get 120mm, howis, KV8, mines, demos, an MG not made out of paper, Katyusha, fear propaganda, strafes even the AT gun has minor blob counter. US have M8 and Sherman HE and maybe a pack howitzer to stop a blob. Rifles/Para stand no chance without a lucky grenade, I'd take shocks any day over them but you are right about guards, useless unit imo. In: COH2 Balance
