Pretty sure you did there I'm not even sure lowering MP costs on tanks is a good thing. This will definitely open up to more fuel caches/OP trucks And for 300 MP, vehicles are already very cheap. In VCOH, with a MP system which was even harsher, your main tanks costs 400 MP. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: T-34-76 after patch14 Dec 2013, 22:07 PM If anything, i'd like to see a penn increase in the T-34-76 so that it can penn the Pz 4 8/10 times. Reason: I don't think a non-doctrinal medium tank that can't fight tanks at all is good at the game. Like, it's alright for the Pz 4 to outdamage the T-34-76 but for the T-34-76 to not penn the Pz 4 frontally or do no damage to it even 6/10 times just seems wrong gameplay wise and historically. I mean, the unupgunned sherman could still penn the Pz 4 frontally in VCOH most of the time. Why can't this be done in COH2? In: COH2 Balance

However, many, myself included, consider the DLC commanders to be what makes most of these patches - one step forwards, two steps back. To list the awesome stuff they've done. a) Not release any DLC commanders b) Tone down Sov Industry and Tiger Ace. c) With the changes to MGs, (and ninja changes to PPSH), change the meta from 6 grens vs 6 cons (which, lets be serious, was boring as hell). d) Made sure Mud wasn't part of 1v1s or 2v2s (that is, it's more of a casual feature which should be where it stays) e) Made AT guns more worthwhile. f) Reworking commander CP points. I think this is one of the few patches which has actually got a really positive review from the community! Awesome patch, keep up the good work! In: COH2 Gameplay

Ghost-nerfing PPSHs eh? I think that is actually a good idea. Not the ghost part of it, the nerfing bit. Now we just need the LMGs smacked with the nerf hammer too, which was long overdue even before this change. Idk, I think the reason they nerfed ppsh is not necessarily because ppsh was OP (it wasn't - it was good but it's no BAR) but to discourage strats like 6 cons so that the meta moves away from 6 grens vs 6 cons. Makes for some interesting meta. And also shocks seem to be a little overpriced anyway, so I don't mind them being moved down. I think they were moved down to counter the nerfs to the ppsh cons.
