Would be too much to ask Relic to say something about this situation? Just something like: "We are aware of this gamebreaking bug and we're working to fix it as soon as possible, we apologise for the trouble it may cause to multiplayer experience. To compensate the community we will be giving away some content to every player"
They could even give some Skins/Commanders for free for this weeks of ruined multiplayer experience. That's what a decent company would definetely do and I've seen that before, even EA/DICE have done that on some occasions.
I guess they feel like keeping silence is going to make the problem disappear.
