It needs good AI to not be ignored, but in the scene of a push it wont do terribly much AI kills (would need to be used as an AI sniper tank then, but the frequently talked about CA is not for that!). Lower its price to something that actually reflects its worth - a mediocre (because of mediocre armor) breakthrough tank for the Heavy Cav Commander with good AI, that is meant to be used together with infantry and ideally CA. 630/230 is ridiculous at best, when axis get an alround moving stronghold like the Tiger for that. If I want an SMG Squad I'm going to call in Paratroopers and put Thompsons on them because they give me the ability to walk onto your retreat path and "Tactical Wipe" your squad. Zook's on the other hand, I already have Jim and Frank, local line cooks for the barracks on Panzer duty, same with Major Tom and his 2 lackeys'. Hell even Lieutenant Dan is joining the fun. I don't need 3 more Bazooka's, even if they are superzooks, unless something has gone catastrophically wrong. This is gold ... I am thinking about putting this in a signature. May I? In: COH2 Balance

It should definitely not get a price decrease to coincide with that. One step at a time. We can always revisit the price later. Alrighty, I can go along with this. Even though I dont think the current buffs are big enough to close the gap between cost and return, I see that from a balancing/control point of view, this makes sense. One might even suggest closing the thread for some time until the patch is live and we can discuss the then current state of the Pershing after intensive testing... In: COH2 Balance

Shouldn't Pershing be buffed?19 May 2021, 07:11 AM Jump back to quoted post19 May 2021, 07:04 AMmrgame2 pershing have 960hp, it will change to 800hp to increase repair speeds at same durabilty. blitz is used once and have reloading. pershing mobility is great when you consider its fast turret tracking and top accuracies and soon another rof buffs at vet2, while panthers and tigers get at vet3. i will just drop its price to that of comet, and redeployment times 0.8x faster than tiger and is2. to continue the theme of speed. Maybe that's even a bit too cheap, let's say it could cost 500/190 (Comet 480/175). But can we please actually talk about implementing this? I have NOT heard an argument against a price reduction, not even from Sander. Can balance team please read this thread? I feel like we are talking to a wall?! In: COH2 Balance
