Thread: OKW sdkfz 251/17 Flak Halftrack6 Jan 2015, 13:42 PM It's not OP. It's fine, because: 1. It has a setup time, so you can see it comming and have plenty of time to duck/run; 2. It can be easily wrecked by a few PTRS/AT nades shots, not speaking about anything higher than that (like AT gun for instance). 3. It involves a certain quantity of risk because: it's more easy to be destroyed than a Puma or a PZ II and on top of that, it really delays your puma/wurframen, T4, or any other fuel based unit, you name it. ...4... not everything OKW has it's OP, really . No, thanks. Best use for this doctrine is to stahl the game with shreck blobs, raketen and obersoldaten. Building t3 and Puma is again, not a verry good idea. Any fuel drop will delay your battle group so you better go for T2. Anyway, most probably until batle group will be unlocked and you will have the resources to call it, the enemy will have enough tanks and At capabilities to effectively counter you. The answer for OKW in almost every game is KT. That is why the KT needs to be replaced by the battlegroup and KT become doctrinal. Having this said, battlegroup needs to be buffed a little. It needs to become eather harder to be destroyed or more deadly. In: Guides
Thread: Wehrmacht Ostheer26 Dec 2014, 20:49 PM The only thing is that Ostheer needs a hell of a skill to play with. But I doubt USF is different, you need to work hard with USF too. The difference is between 2 game stages: early game which is harder for one, and late game which is harder for the other one. I guess we shall live with this: Ost and USF are the hardest to play factions and you need "true grit" to play with them. In: COH2 Balance
