Thread: Can we have a minor buff to the WC51?16 Nov 2015, 10:59 AM The USF is all about versatility, right? I think that could be improved even further by giving the WC51 a small increase to health, armor or speed (not all of them). Increased health or armor would make it easier to get it to vet 1 (which gives an ability that temporarily increases speed), while increased speed would make it more useful in transporting troops quickly across the map. As of now, it's a bit too weak to fulfill any significant role. What do you guys think? Is a small buff warranted, or is it fine as it is? In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Please reduce the health/armor of bridges16 Nov 2015, 10:51 AM In the patch of September 3rd the health and armor of bridges were increased. Bridges We have increased the durability of bridges so they can withstand more damage. Bridges health and armor increased First, does anyone know the current health and armor of bridges? I believe that the patch notes used to have some information about it, but I can't seem to find it anymore. Nevertheless, the current bridges are too durable, in my opinion. They used to provide some interesting tactical options, like demolition during enemy movement. As of now, there's not really much point in having bridges at all, except for the purely visual effect. After doing some testing back and forth (using different maps, checking "Light" and "Light_State" individually and simultaneously), I've found that only the former is working as intended. On the contrary, "Light_State" had no effect at all. The least complex code would look like this: Code function OnInit() EGroup_SetAnimatorState(eg_lamps, "Light", "On") end Scar_AddInit(OnInit) If anyone is able to reproduce the same results, then maybe the tip of the week should be updated in accordance with this information. What I've done so far: Added an Entity Group (eg_lamps) consisting of 66 lamp objects Copy-pasted the code from the tip of the week into a new text document and saved it as "4p_lyon.scar" (same name as the .sgb) *Tried with different atmospheres (e.g. silent night) So far the lamps are only shining within the WorldBuilder. Thread: Quick Question: Territory Points12 Aug 2014, 15:36 PM So I was wondering if there's any difference between the two items "territory_fuel_point" and "territory_fuel_point_mp"? So far I've been using the former, and I've noticed that the Opel Blitz Truck does not give any extra fuel, could this be due to differences in these two territory points or is it simply a general bug? Edit: I have the same question regarding the m10, m11, and regular "military_hospital". Are they all usable for multiplayer maps, and are there any differences?
