That's incredible how people are getting crazy around that stuff. I hope I don't break any NDA if I say I loled hard when I read some comments on the alpha forum about that shit.
Not I'm agreeing with NDA leaks but some comments are just amazing
Don't know who deserves better the other, Relic its toxic community or the community Relic amateurism...

Thread: Why isnt Lend Lease meta?11 May 2015, 08:46 AM
Yes. I can imagine Relic Devs while designing it and Reco USF commanders. 1st guy - I would like to give Sov and USF a call-in truck as Ostheer has but I don't know how to get it not too early to not push to much their early dominance. 2st guy - Put a random expensive unit on it, something that can do anything good at CP5, so the truck is expensive and the cp call-in is not overpowered. 1st guy - Get it! I'll put 2 close range squads that will get their ass ripe out from anything on the field at the stage of the game they arrive. In: COH2 Gameplay |

"IMO Relic probably had some sort of bad experience in the past due to disclosure issues and they just don't want to take any risk whatsoever. " - NEE Lol, sounds like jealousy. If Relic wants to anchor his community, they better offer access to the Alpha to any player willing to test it rather than selecting only the top of the top. Thats pretty much the best thing to do right now to increase their fame. People whose opinion matter to them are probably in the Alpha, invited personally. Or where there in the pre-public Alpha already. As far as I see it, they made changes, and they need to collect data to see how they work together, opinion people on forum will probably have little impact in their decision making apart from the obvious broken changes. Thread: Relic, the Community, and the NDA8 May 2015, 06:55 AM
Whether I am wrong or not I don't care. I couldn't care less about the alpha, i didnt even apply for it anyway because alpha tester feedback is usually ignored anyway, plus I'm not gonna waste my time trying to play a game thats even more badly balanced than the vanilla game. What I am right about is the absolute shitstorm of balance this game has had to suffer through since release. Atleast I'm not blindly supporting everything relic does, despite them clearly not giving a shit about multiplayer for the longest time. Relic is shit, coh2 would be better in another devs hands. There is personal opinion and there are agreements. I don't have a high opinion of Relic and its capability to manage their game. I don't think the game will be more balance when the Alpha will be release and I'm pretty sure its going to be a mess for months. In fact I don't like much what I see in the alpha except from some specific points that could have been release in a simple patch and have nothing to do with the aspect number 1 purpose of the alpha. But that doesn't give me the right to breach their NDA. Same if I found those NDA pretty stupid as well. In: COH2 Gameplay |
Thread: Ostheer's Panzer IV vs Sherman/T34 Costs 6 May 2015, 07:15 AM
Replace the word PzIV by T34 or Sherman and you're going to the same argumentation with a worst result. PzIV is the best of the 3 tanks and it has the best veterancy. it also has the best survivability vs other T4 tank destroyers, SU85 and M36. A sherman alone or a T34 alone cannot do anything vs a panther. Now it doesn't outclass completely his fellow but it arrives at the right time to support your pak vs the sherman and the T34 + shreck and faust. In: COH2 Balance |
Thread: Ostheer's Panzer IV vs Sherman/T34 Costs 5 May 2015, 07:39 AM
Ostheer teching includes MG42, Sniper, Mortar and Pak + panzergrenadiers. Additionally: LMG42, Flamthrower, mines AT & AI and shrecks + faust. I'm not saying that its better or worst than Sov or USF, just saying you're not only paying for a PZ4. And a I have only expose stuff that doesn't need fuel to be built. Now, at the end, the Pz4 is better than T34 and Sherman, it has a unique type of shell that deal AT and AI + good vet abilities. and since the last patch it gained survivability vs M36. I don't know what do you want more. In: COH2 Balance |

Rifle flamer its the same as engie flamer, it have a drawback, its powerful but can explode, 0 reason that rifle flamers should not explode. I thought the drawback was to close the range to be effective. In: COH2 Balance |
Thread: How to deal with the New Ostheer 1v14 May 2015, 13:24 PM
When you build the lieutenant you should always unlock zooks couple of minutes later. If you go M20, always replace its crew with a RE one so you have a zook squad. Now I know stugE can easily kill any of your squads, that's a risk to asses every time. It is really map dependent but going 2 or 3 RE can make you overwhelming him. Use the RE as scouting and capping squad and building holder while you use your rifles to flank. 2 or 3 RE start let you go easily to any commanders. its a trade-off for pushing power to capping power. 2 RE start with a bunker in a strategic location to hold until you get enough force to push. 3 RE start, no bunker but building holder in a strategic position. 4 RE start to Rifle commander performs well on many maps. It is really effective in term of manpower management but I wouldn't do 4 RE start with any other commander. Remember that Ostheer need to keep his pio near to his MG to keep it effective, which mean for him less capping power or to replace a grenadier squad by a pio one. Cons: more than 2 RE start make you really vulnerable to Grenadier spam. (just talking about early game) |

Anything that wipes squads in a blob will wipe squads outside of a blob. Yes let's bring suppression to the upper level, HMG42 spam + Kubel spam to blow up the game just because there is a guy who spam Zooks vs a guy who spam Shrek and a guy who spam LMG with CAS doctrine In: COH2 Balance |
