Keep in mind that lot USA player ranks were inflated and belong to top 300 not 150 and thier rank was mainly based on flame rifle cheese with vet 3 in 10 minutes.
So please wait one week everyone except top 20 need to adapt a bit and then we see.
EDIT: I was also looking at game played.Most top 150 played only OKW or mostly OKW and not many players played allies so OKW got matched much more times agains lover than top 150 players than other factions because of imbalance in Axis/allies games played
The problem with the vocal 4v4 majority, is that they are casuals who don't know shit about balance. Every time something is changed they spam a hundred threads demanding massive nerfs and buffs. They never try to play differently, it is always: "My strat doesn't work anymore the game is broken." 5 minutes after a patch is released. Metas take weeks to develop, that is why Relic lets patches sit for two-three months before the next one dedicated to balance. The next patch(in January) will probably be for hotfixes for anything that is still blatantly OP and bug fixes and maybe optimization.
So we can close the forum, because the true minority of skilled players aren't bothering coming there to speak on those forum. Actually it is a fight between a minority of 1vs1 average skilled players fighting a majority of 3vs3+ average skilled players.
Oh and I love how, in since a couple of months we have the ultra minority of 2vs2 players who are now arguing the game should be balance around their mod but not around others, thanks for having 2 fake strategists adept of 2vs2 lobbying on this forum days after days.
Just a question of feeling, I don't know where to look the stats numbers. But it seems to me it take much more time to repair stuff with the crew. Just an impression on several games.

The balance problem lies around volks.
Or Relic keep them that strong but they must add pay tolls for grenades and shreks or Relic put them back as weak meatshield and leave those abilities free to access. There are enough natural buff already in place with the removal of fuel/amo starvation.
OKW is in a situation when their only downside is a lack of suppression which is lol, they simply don't need it with all the fire power they have early game.
The issue isn't only on the Fuel cost, but the mp, as USF you bleed like a stuff pig vs them and when they also start throwing their flamnade it is impossible to follow.
So I agree on being on the backfoot early game but when the early game dominance is followed by mid game dominance and late game dominance, there is nothing to do vs equal skill players.
Comparing USF and OKW is dump by the way, at least until Relic gives a fuel free wc51 and Atgun in T0. yes with those tools at disposal, we could start speaking of mirroring.
Faust would be 10 times worst than Shrek, 1 faust is enough to engine damage anything inferior to sherman, I let you imagine what happens if you get catch by 1 faust from a volks blob.
The problem with Volks is the spam, Relic must add tolls on OKW abilities so the player cannot simply build 1 after 1 his volks:
Add a 100mp/15 fuel toll to unlock shrek
Add a 100mp/15 fuel toll to unlock flamnade
Or at least if Relic doesn't want to add tolls, link the flamnade to T1 and shrek to T2 or the opposite if you want.

Don't look it in a vacuum please, How many RE are you usually building in a match and how many Engineer and for which purpose? They also scale better and can have a BAR with the FT. If spaming Engineer/FT was viable, SPrice would have already do it.
just asking but, wouldn´t be better then if they set that first ability in rifle company as a call-in "RE with flamethrower, with adjusted stats, and then, leave the normal RE´s as always???
RE don´t get Flamethrower non-doctrinal because the are dirty cheap if I´m not wrong, but now, you get more expensive RE because there is one doctrine where they could be OP.
It doesn´t make sense to me....is just a plain nerf to RE´s except when using rifle company, where they can enjoy their flamethrowers....not only a nerf (well deserved) to the doctrine, but a nerf to this RE unit itself in any other commander.
Anything would have been better than just increasing their price and dps but not their survivability.
Luchs as always been a problem because of OKW blobby faction design and the effectiveness of combining both Blob and Luchs enough early when the opposition has only enough resource or to counter your blob or to counter the Luchs. I'm watching actually some live games on Twitch and from what I see OKW just need again to blob volks into Luchs into panther/Obers.
USF and OKW are two factions design around strong mobility so called Blob. Till the beginning Relic tried hard to balance it with counterparts, weak sides. Like for USF few support units, good but not really armored (with in compensation a fast repair ability) and no heavies (till the Pershing). OKW, few strong support units limited by resource starvation by access to super heavies. Now the resource starvation is gone we see the result, blob is more potent than ever and access to support and super heavies unit completely free.
This is not really a question of meta and adaptability, OKW can field a 3-4 minutes blob with good and easy to use AT and 6 minutes a unit that completely counter your anti-blob units.
Still I agree it is too early to say if OKW is OP in 1vs1. But there is no way to say wait and see in 3vs3-4vs4, those mode are now completely broken with this patch.
