I think CoH2 is better. It sure deserves a good shot. At first, as any experience with some previous expectation, you'll have some odd feeling about this or that unit, the commanders, so on. After a few games, maybe some 5-10 hours of online gaming, you'll get the hang of it and then it will come to you, if you like it or not.

I still play CoH1, basically for challenges with a schooltime friend, but, seriously:

- Every time I'm walking my troops around, I'm thinking "why the hell this game doesn't have True Sight?"
- Every time I'm trying to cut some ways, I remember "garden, no vaulting"
- Every time a bloody combat takes place, I have to remember that every unit must be reinforced separately
- I use the sniper a lot, the said friend sometimes has extreme difficulty with the counter - that wouldn't be so easy in CoH2
- I hate the buying vet mechanism of vCoH, it's so lame

Cost reduction: maybe for flakHt.

Stuka: cooldown is in line with other artillery vehicles, but the price is really high. Also: Nebel? WHAT YEAR IS IT?

Remove penalty: with all the nerfs that OKW received, I think it should at least be considered. If not, at least let the sturms or volks build cashes. Last games I really get the feeling that vet5 is so useless, because I don't perceive it as giving extra power in comparison to other unit's vet3.

But that's just my perception, I don't make any tests and it's been a long time since I last checked the veterancy guide.

Hey there. First of all, congratulations on the tourney. I watched a few games, and the performance of the players was "bravo"! I think that, for better or worse, an event that spawns a 150+ posts thread has reached at least one big objective, that is making people talk about the game and events. Like Wilde said, talking about it is what matters.

About inviting: I understand people's arguments about why should there be no invites or less invites, as well as your arguments about why inviting is so important. I think the less flaming arguments from the former make sense, but, considering that we want to expand the player base and make them excited about the matchs, yours are more convincing. The invites were well placed, I couldn't care less about them being or not vCoH veterans. Hell, I'd love to see some games with complexity or razor, if they'd care about it. I'm sure forgetting others, but u get the point.

As someone from Brazil, a country with multiple tv channels and radio stations that cover soccer (btw, haha 7x1 neverforget, I'm ahead of u all), it's perfectly fine to not like some caster. Just go and watch the game without casting, or watch someone else do the cast, if there's the option. I think you do a great job, and it's your style, damn it. Maybe don't lose some important moments, but I can say that much more often than not, your casting is great and you should keep improving moving your way. I miss IpKayFung though. You made a great team.

As a mediocre at best player at the moment, I say axis is really in a tough point. It's absolutely correct to say that you just react to allies, and you have to keep having faith you can do it. I mainly play 1v1, so that's my standpoint.

Trying to be agressive and cutoff your enemy being axis is for those blessed with skills that exceed by quite a lot the allies' player. More often than not, I just get surrounded and beaten to a pulp of an army. OTOH, with the allies, this is expected, and if you manage to do it well, you'll be pushing a tank quite earlier than the german player.

I might say that allied tanks are not worse at all than axis tanks. I think it's just a matter of swapping some numbers, with all the balance addresses.
