IMO, double Wher is better in 2v2 right now, MG42>MG34, Pak40>Raketen, Grens>Volks, Ost T3>Jagdpanzer(the closet thing OKW has to a medium tank), 81mm Mortar>ISG. No. Ostheer still suffers from early game cheap infantry swarm and indirect fire attacks. Volks hold the line very well with Medic, 22 MP per man. Grenadiers is 30 and needs to save for teching. Kubel gives sight for MG42 Sturmpio for anti flank. Raketen can cloak and comes anytime to counter M20/AAHT rush, which gives a lot of room and time for ostheer. In 1v1 sense, it is perfectly balanced as AT strafe is not exactly cheap. Damage Engine Kill: well i can say the same for 1-sec magic clue in US tanks, why do they have this ability to render mines useless? Map Edge Dodging: Move your tanks around when you see a recon plane? If your tanks is at the edge/base, there is no vision. 2v2+ OKW flare etc: it is literally the same as recon, you gotta pay attention to the flare. And axis side is supposed to strong at AT because they can also say it's pretty abusive for 4+ T34/85 to run around the map. In: COH2 Balance |

Everything about COH2 makes flanking MGs easier. MGs cant see past obstacles. MGs have reduced line of sight. No bike to scout vision. No bike to push riflemen to prevent them from closing. No mines. Not only does CoH2 lack those things, then you add in Oorah ability, early and super cheap molotovs, and smoke grenades from the Americans? COME ON PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BRAINS. IT'S TIME TO START USING THEM. Don't rifle click your 4 riflemen in front of a MG and then QQ when you have to retreat. PLEASE. This. Never heard US players complaint about MG42 back in the day.
