Yes, he examples USF Para's with 2 LMG's but thats a scenario which you hardly see these days. They also have a faust so any tank that gets close is toast too. Lets not forget about their regular nade AND blendkorper, Oh, lets add some more bonuses to them: Can pop out of any free building on the map Has camouflage can be upgraded with 2 more extra FG42's because they 'need it' As much as I love my partisan play (remember when they were "OP OP!?!" damage wise they have nothing on these dudes. This has been toned down slightly by increasing its low scatter. No - you did not reply and certainly didn't answer the question that was asked, However some other people found it necessary to answer my question to you for you, which is odd but I specifically asked for *your* clarification, so I will do it again: That is not the point, as it is has units that need to be stationary too. The ENTIRE core of Ostheer is stationary. The pak howi counters it all without any kind of user input. Could you please elaborate on what you mean by this? This is just wrong. Have you tried using it yourself? Seems to me you haven't. Wiping units that need to stand still to even fire or be effective, without any user input. You repeat the first thing you said but just in different words. This is the problem that needst to be fixed. Its barrage range can be the same, even increased if needed! Just reduce auto attack range and adjust price accordingly, to perhaps 580mp. As I said in the other topic, they are so easily countered. Same as Axis mortar spam or any turtling opponent, having a mobile army is the solution. Only thing is, you need to keep dat army mobile yourself. also, your suggested solution is wrong. 580 mp for 1 unit that is basically a easy to kill / unretreatable mortar? No. In: COH2 Balance

I'm sorry you feel I am coming off as judgmental, or to give you the idea that I am making fun of of the amount of replies. There's actually a deeper underlying sentiment I was trying to convey, but it didn't convey properly, judging by your reply. I just feel that people are pouring time and effort into well written replies (read and emphasize the word 'people' here as I don't feel I am nowhere near expertly enough on the subject to weigh in as I'd like to) when all we get from the original topic starter seems to be more emotion than logic and no responses from him as how'd to interpret his post. Coming back to the topic at hand. Whenever I get USF pack howies against me, the counter seems easy enough (unblob, werfer or stuka) and therefor the unit does not seem overpowered. When I use them against an opponent who is blobturtling and has no clue I have the best of times, because the risk/reward paid off. But sometimes a smart axis player wipes them not 5 minutes after I buy 2 of them making me rethink my poor choice. But thats life. In my (limited but growing) experience they either work or they don't. Not much middle ground here. In: COH2 Balance
