Thread: I don't understand the new mines6 Jul 2016, 05:42 AM Pls halp. Previously, I never had issues with mines. They seemed to almost always pay off (I suppose that's why they got nerfed?) But now they don't seem to matter much. I almost never see suppression going off, and often it's just one model down. So preparing a defense with mines doesn't seem to make sense. I get they are good against vehicles but now they seem like a poor investment versus infantry. My replays are all broken by the patches. Pls halp!! Replays or videos doubly appreciated. Relic removed female partisans because they didn't want to develop female voices for weapon teams, for instance. Also recall all the gross stuff that people say about Cynthia? You would have to be wilfully ignorant to not acknowledge that women in this industry and in this community are subject to gender based harassment. It's completely revolting. @Basileone if you are going to dismiss any kind of research that contradicts your pseudoscientific as the work of "genderstudy antiscientists" there is no point in even discussing this with you. Emplacements can fire while cloaked, but will recloak in between shots. Emplacements fire at a reduced rate while cloaked. 4CP - Counter Spotters - any enemy unit with detection abilities that uses them to detect an emplacement will be sniped by hidden off map snipers. Lasts one minute, costs 45 MU. 90 second cool down. 4CP - Counter Battery 5CP - sappers gain the 60 MU "Silent Repair" upgrade that gives them Stealth that is activated while they are repairing something or while they are in cover.
